As soon as we sailed out, the sea was calm, but there was excitement in the air because the route was not fixed in advance. We followed the movement of the fish, the wind, the waves and the intuition of a local expert.<\/p>\n\n

That was exactly what I liked most: the trip did not feel like a tourist experience planned down to the last detail, but alive, authentic and just a little unpredictable. Every moment at sea had its own pace, and the feeling of surrendering to nature and the skipper\u2019s experience gave the whole adventure something truly special.<\/p>\n\n

Fishing on the open sea has a rhythm of its own. One moment you are chatting, laughing and watching the outlines of Rab and Pag, and the next, everyone\u2019s eyes are fixed on the rod because something is happening beneath the surface. The adrenaline arrives suddenly, without warning.<\/p>\n\n

I also liked the fact that the whole experience is designed around the \u201ccatch and release\u201d principle, so fishing does not feel like conquering nature, but rather meeting it. There was enough space on the boat for a small group, the equipment was ready, and the drinks and snacks nicely rounded off the atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n

Everything had that relaxed Mediterranean pace: a little sunshine, a little salt on your skin, a little laughter and plenty of gazing into the blue. That is why this Rab fishing experience is not reserved only for experienced anglers, but also for anyone who wants to spend a day at sea in an active yet easy-going way.<\/p>\n\n

As we were returning towards Rab, I had that feeling you only get after a day spent at sea – tiredness in the body, peace in the mind and a story you want to tell straight away. A Rab fishing trip is not only an excursion for those who love fishing; it is an experience for anyone who wants to feel Rab from a different perspective, far from the beach and the crowds, out where the island breathes most beautifully: on the open sea. And we genuinely enjoyed every single moment.<\/p>\n\n
